CCSB Human ORFeome Gene Family Libraries


CCSB Human ORFeome Gene Family Libraries consist of Gateway-adapted Human ORFeome clones that have been arrayed into pre-defined gene family collections.

Derived from fully sequenced Mammalian Gene Collection (MGC) cDNAs and cloned into a Gateway entry vector at the Cancer Center for Systems Biology (CCSB) at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Human ORFeome Collection is ideal for easily moving thousands of open reading frames into your choice of protein expression systems. For maximum flexibility, the native stop codon has been removed.

By organizing these clones into pre-defined gene family libraries, we provide a resource for those interested in screening or expressing large numbers of related genes.
