You can cherry-pick from our glycerol stock format sgRNA, shRNA, and mammalian over-expression product lines for human and mouse reagents to create the ideal clone collection for your particular needs.

All products are delivered as arrayed glycerol stocks in 96-well plates

sgRNA clones

Select from our predesigned Edit-R Lentiviral sgRNA Druggable Genome collection with up to 4 sgRNA constructs per gene; minimum 20 constructs per order. We recommend choosing 3-4 constructs per gene.

shRNA clones

Select from either: GIPZ, TRIPZ, or TRC lentiviral shRNA collections; minimum 20 constructs per order. We recommend selecting 3-5 constructs per gene.

Over-expression clones

MGC collection: Cannot be mixed with other collections, minimum 20 constructs per order; clones will be plated according to antibiotic requirements

ORF collections

May be combined with other ORF collections to increase coverage for desired library; minimum 20 constructs from a single collection per order. Clones will be plated by collection. (e.g. a customer library of 20 ORFeome collaboration clones and 5 hORFeome v8.1 clones will qualify for library plating, a custom library of 15 ORFeome collaboration clones and 10 hORFeome v8.1 will not)
